Join the Annual Meeting of the Cohesion Funds Auditors
The 31st Homologues Groups Meeting will be held in Rome on 7th and 8th October. Under the presidency of the European Commission's Joint Audit Directorate for Cohesion (DAC) and the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance – Department of the General Accounting Office – General Inspectorate for Financial Relations with the European Union (MEF – RGS – IGRUE), this event serves as a crucial exchange of know how for Audit Authorities of all Member States. It is co-financed with contributions from the ERDF and the Cohesion Fund by the European Commission.
During this gathering, delegations from Audit Authorities of Cohesion Funds from all Member States, alongside with Commission auditors and representatives of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) , will deal with issues, relevant for the management, control and audit of the Cohesion Policy.

Travel information
Upon registration, you will receive the travel documents via email, tailored to the information you have provided. Transfers will be arranged to take you from the arrival airport or train station to the hotel, based on your schedule.
Once you arrive at the airport/train station, you will be greeted by dedicated staff who will assist you with the transfer to the hotel.
Hotel Accomodation
All delegates and participants will be accommodated at the Sheraton Parco de' Medici hotel, located at 39 Viale Salvatore Rebecchini, Rome. Each participant will have access to a double room for single use.
Accreditation and check-in will be available starting from Sunday, 6th October 2024, from 3:00 PM onwards. Once arrived at the hotel, participants will be greeted and supported by dedicated staff at the mentioned welcome desk, positioned at the entrance to the hotel.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on 9th October.
Conference Venue
The conference will take place within the same hotel venue that you staying in.
The conference will take place in a plenary hall (Loggia dei Signori) and two workshop rooms (Visconti I and II) all conveniently located on the ground floor.
A welcome desk will be positioned at the entrance to the hotel to greet and support participants upon their arrival and it will be available on 6th October 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The registration desk will be positioned at the entrance to the plenary hall (Loggia dei Signori).
